Sapling Green

A marketable identity needed to be created for a proposed development which included both a preschool and primary school and attainable housing on an infill lot.  We decided upon the name Sapling Green as it hinted at the nature of both early childhood education and the new beginning the purchase of a “starter home” gives to first time home buyers. The property allowed for ample use of bike paths for transportation, amazing Continental Divide views and would be a “Green Built” project.  Deciduous plantings and a planting garden for the school were additional fuel for the name and resulting logo.
